Terms and conditions of sale

1. Scope

These terms and conditions of sale apply to every order placed on lazerpop.com with Akim Boubzizi, sole trader trading as LAZERPOP, 22 rue Perdonnet, 75010 Paris, France, SIRET 977 618 636 00061 (RNE) ("LAZERPOP"). They are intended for consumers. Placing an order means accepting these terms.

2. Products

Products are described as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration. Laser tag sets are recommended from age 8 with adult supervision; batteries are not included unless stated otherwise.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency of the delivery country, including taxes where applicable. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Tracked shipping is free. Quantity discounts (packs) apply automatically in the cart. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged by the destination country's authorities and are payable by the customer.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is approved. A confirmation email summarises the order. LAZERPOP may cancel an order in case of an existing dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability; the customer is then fully refunded.

5. Payment

Payment is secure, by card or the methods offered at checkout. LAZERPOP does not store any card data.

6. Delivery

Orders ship within 1–3 business days, then are delivered to your door with tracking, usually within 5–10 business days in Europe; allow longer for North America and overseas territories. These times are estimates. In case of significant delay, please contact us.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

EU customers have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, without giving any reason. LAZERPOP extends this period to 30 days for all customers. The product must be returned complete, in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer. Refunds are made within 14 days of the request, once the product is received or proof of shipment is provided, using the original payment method. See the return policy.

8. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery and the guarantee against hidden defects. In case of a defect, contact us: we offer repair or replacement, or otherwise a refund.

9. Liability

Products must be used according to their instructions and, for children, under adult supervision. LAZERPOP cannot be held liable for improper use.

Data collected is necessary to process orders. See the privacy policy.

11. Complaints and mediation

Any complaint can be sent to contact@lazerpop.com. If a dispute remains unresolved, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge; details are provided on request.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
