30 days to change your mind
You have 30 days after delivery to return a product, no reason needed.
Conditions
- The product is complete (blasters, vests, straps) and returned in its original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend a tracked service.
- Products damaged through misuse cannot be refunded.
How to return
Email us at contact@lazerpop.com with your order number: we'll send you the return address and the steps to follow.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of your request, once the parcel is received or proof of shipment is provided. The time it takes to show on your account then depends on your bank.
Faulty or damaged on arrival
Contact us with a photo: we'll offer a replacement or a refund at no cost to you, under the legal guarantee of conformity.
