Data we collect

Name, addresses, email, phone (optional), order history, browsing data (cookies, according to your choices). Payment data is processed directly by our payment providers and is not stored by LAZERPOP.

Purposes and legal bases

• Processing and delivering your orders, customer service (performance of contract).
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
• Sending the newsletter if you asked for it (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• Measuring traffic and improving the site (consent via the cookie banner).

Recipients

Shopify (store hosting), our payment and delivery providers, and the analytics tools you accept. Some providers may process data outside the European Union, with appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

Retention

Order data: for the duration of the relationship, then as required by law (10 years for accounting records). Newsletter: until you unsubscribe or after 3 years without interaction.
